Get Ready to Move in 2014

Spring has traditionally been one of the busiest times of year for the property market. The winter thaw not only prompts flowers and trees to blossom, it also brings buyers out of the woodwork in search of a new home. Buyers have the advantage of looking at a property when it’s at its best and the weather is most cooperative.

This month I’m sending you information that buyers and sellers should keep in mind if they’re thinking of getting into the market. Page one focuses on five tips for buyers who are looking to buy a home of their own or upgrade to a home that better fits their needs. Page two offers tips for sellers who are thinking of putting their homes on the market. Access here:

What Will 2013 Hold for the Housing Market?

Many people are curious about what the housing market will look like in 2013. Since housing is seen as a leading indicator of economic recovery, even people who aren’t looking to enter the market are anxious to see if this will be the year that the market fully recovers.

This month, I’m including information to help you understand the status of both the national and local housing markets. The first page offers predictions and projections for the national housing market this year. Page two provides three reasons why it’s important to pay attention to what’s going on in your local market. Although the national market can give you an idea of the overall state of housing, only the local market directly impacts you and your home.

Never Worry about Money Again!!

If you’re like millions of Americans, you dream of the day when you will be debt free. The
economic recession has prompted many families to restrict spending in order to
take control of their finances, pay down outstanding debt and make saving a
priority. In fact, the average household debt has fallen over 8.2% since its
peak in 2008.* For many people, eliminating household debt feels unattainable;
however, with the right tools, anyone can take control of their spending and
begin to build wealth.

This month, I’m sending tips to help you break the cycle of debt and achieve financial freedom.

Please click here to see page one and two of the article: How to Achieve Financial Freedom!

The first page outlines steps you can take to create a budget and save money.

Page two details a plan to eliminate debt from credit cards and loans in a fraction of the time
it would traditionally take. Feel free to share this information with your
family or friends who are looking to get out of debt and improve their
financial security.

As a special bonus to my blog readers I am also including an article on how to pay off your mortgage early:
